Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to support daily production and assembly operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, can follow detailed instructions, and thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Perform general production and assembly tasks according to work instructions.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively, including drills, impact tools, and grinders.
• Assemble components, sub-assemblies, and finished products with accuracy.
• Inspect parts for quality, fit, and finish; report any defects or inconsistencies.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures.
• Support material flow and production needs as directed.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, general production, or packaging.
• Ability to use various hand and power tools.
• Ability to read basic work instructions, follow processes, and meet production standards.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced, hands-on, team-oriented production environment. Enjoy a strong focus on safety, quality, and reliability, with a first shift schedule from 5:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday, totaling a 50-hour work week.

This is a Contract position based out of Byron Center, MI.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
