Job Description

As a General Laborer, you will play a vital role in our operations by assisting in the mixing and sorting of soil, gathering materials, and facilitating material movement throughout the facility. You will be integral to the production process and may be placed in various roles depending on your experience.

Responsibilities

• Help mix and sort soil materials.
• Gather and organize materials for production.
• Assist in changing over materials and moving them within the facility.
• Support the production process during shifts.
• Operate machinery as needed, including roles such as mixer, button pusher operator, or harvester.

Essential Skills

• Experience in general labor, construction, production, or outdoor work.
• Familiarity with landscaping or chemical processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in construction, landscaping, or oil change mechanics is advantageous.
• Capability to source and prepare materials for mixing is a plus.

Work Environment

Work in a non-climate controlled, open bay manufacturing facility. Expect a dirty environment due to dust and exposure to soil and chemicals. The facility can be hot during summers and cold in winters. Shifts vary with options for day or night, spanning both weekdays and weekends.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sardis, MS.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
