This will be the first General Counsel member to join the company, we're looking for a candidate with strong Healthcare experience with a deep understanding and knowledge base of HR Compliance
We are looking for this candidate to take responsibility for everything legal and to help build out the legal team here
This position is also helped and supported by a larger back office legal team that will help with M&A
Base salary is very competitive! 300k to 450k with a bonus structure as well
Can live in any of the states my client operates in - corporate office is in New Jersey, they also have building in Kentucky, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
