Front Office associates are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires. You'll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Office Associate. If you have worked at other Hotels as a front desk clerk or you have an interest in hotel clerk jobs, we'd love to hear from you!Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional first impression.
  • Complete guests check in and check out procedures accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify guest information, assign rooms, and issue room keys.
  • Handle reservation, modifications, and cancellations using the property management system.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in person or over the phone.
  • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, dining options, and local attraction.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure rooms are ready and guest needs are met.
  • Process payments, post charges, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Resolve issues or escalate concerns to management when necessary.

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
