Job Description: 

Member Services team member, with a focus on membership & guest check-in and relations. Main work zone is at the reception desk and longevity spa area: checking guests in, answering guest questions, managing longevity spa appointments, and ensuring facilities are well presented. Onboards new guests to our spa equipment and maintains spa facilities. Supports programming setup and breakdown and space tours.

  • Daily member check-ins
  • Biohacking spa & yoga check-ins
  • Space maintenance & cleanliness
  • Online Q&A support to our members & prospects
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Member tours and sales
  • New Member Onboarding


Benefits & Pay: $34/hour. Health insurance, dental, vision; 401k, free usage of longevity spa remedies subject to availability; sick pay is accrued 1 hour for every 30 hours worked, PTO will start at 10 days in the first year of employment and increase to 14 days in the second year of employment


Hours: Hours 8am-4pm, Saturday - Wednesday (Thursday and Friday off)
