Front Desk Receptionist Needed for Property in North Palm BeachThe Front Desk professional is responsible for managing all visitors' operations and reception duties for the property. This role includes cordially and professionally managing multi-line phone systems, routing calls, greeting and announcing visitors, maintaining the reception and conference areas, assisting with various administrative functions, and working on special projects.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a multi-line phone system, answering calls pleasantly and directing them to the appropriate staff members.
- Greet and announce all visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the reception area and conference rooms.
- Handle inquiries from clients and tenants.
- Assist with various mailings.
- Work on special projects as assigned.
- Monitor surveillance cameras.
Qualifications and Requirements- High School Diploma (required).
- Proven administrative experience.
- Excellent customer service skills and an upbeat, friendly personality.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of working well in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft MS programs, including Word, Outlookand Excel.
- Data entry skills.
- Experience with Vertilinc (preferred).
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
Physical Requirements- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $19.00 - $21.00
