POSITION:

The purpose of the Sales Associate is to assist the General Manager with new membership sales while retaining current members. Fitness / Health / Wellness knowledge or background is preferred but not required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships for one-on-one and group assisted stretch, and retail product.
  • Must enjoy� connecting with people, and exhibit� an authentic, evident� desire to� help others� achieve goals to� live their best life.
  • Personable and friendly, and able� to create a positive environment that welcomes all people.
  • Possessing excellent, positive communication skills that are able to express authentic� empathy.
  • Able� to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
  • Possessing a professional work ethic. This includes� being reliable, punctual, and able to adhere to an� attendance policy.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Must have proficient computer skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the General Manager with the sales process of lead generation, follow-up, and close.
  • Book and confirm stretches for prospects and members.
  • Manage the front desk to greet and check in clients and prospects when they enter the studio.
  • Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual's needs and wants.
  • Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production.
  • Participate in special events to promote the studio.
  • Clean and maintain� equipment regularly� to ensure its� availability� for client use at any� time, and help to keep the studio tidy.
  • Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations.
