The hours are 8am-4:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcome.
• Keep the client lounge stocked and tidy.
• Collect payments and assist with billing inquiries.
• Book hotels and car rentals for clients as needed.
• Perform various administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A “people person” with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Some customer service experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer skills for administrative tasks.

Work Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
