Job Description
The Front Desk Administrative Assistant supports daily operations in a large, highly active Tampa office environment. This role serves as the primary front-of-house presence, greeting visitors and employees, coordinating meetings and events, and providing broad administrative and operational support. The position helps ensure the office remains professional, organized, and fully prepared to accommodate frequent meetings, visitors, and employee activities while offering strong potential for growth into more advanced administrative or office operations responsibilities.

Work Environment
This role is based on-site in a large, highly active Tampa office and reports to office leadership and the administrative team. The Front Desk Administrative Assistant works closely with office leadership, employee engagement committees, facilities teams, and external vendors in a collaborative, professional services environment. The office experiences frequent meetings, events, visitors, and employee activities, requiring a consistent front desk presence and strong coordination of logistics. Daily work involves extensive use of Microsoft Office applications, collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint, and shared drives for document management. The environment is fast-paced, team-oriented, and growth-focused, with guidance, feedback, and development opportunities provided to support professional growth and increasing responsibility over time. Attire is expected to reflect a professional office setting, suitable for greeting visitors and representing the organization at the front desk.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tampa, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
