Job Description:
The Front Desk Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing front desk operations and providing general administrative support to ensure daily office activities run efficiently. This includes greeting and assisting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence. The role also involves maintaining organized office records, scheduling appointments or meetings, and supporting internal staff with administrative tasks as needed.
Additional responsibilities may include ordering office supplies, assisting with data entry, preparing basic documents, and ensuring the front office area remains organized and presentable. This position requires consistent communication with internal teams and external contacts while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, customer service, or office support role preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
