Key Responsibilities & KPIs


Lead annual budgeting and long-range planning (LRP) processes

KPI: Budget accuracy, on-time completion, strategic alignment

Oversee monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and financial performance reporting

KPI: Forecast accuracy, variance reduction, reporting timeliness

Evaluate business cases, investments, and profitability opportunities

KPI: ROI, profitability improvement, investment performance

Develop and maintain KPI frameworks and performance metrics

KPI: KPI adoption, business performance improvement

Manage Business Review Meeting (BRM) reporting including P&L, working capital, and cash flow

KPI: Reporting accuracy, cash flow performance, working capital targets

Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and internal controls

KPI: Audit results, compliance adherence, data accuracy

Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and cross-functional teams

KPI: Quality of financial insights and executive decision support

Oversee SG&A expenses and drive cost efficiency initiatives

KPI: Cost savings, budget adherence, efficiency improvements

Lead finance process improvements and standardization initiatives

KPI: Process efficiency, automation adoption, cycle-time reduction

Enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics capabilities

KPI: Reporting turnaround time, dashboard utilization, data quality


Required Skills


12+ years of FP&A or finance leadership experience

Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning expertise

Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills

Experience with SAP, BPC, PowerBI, and integrated business systems

Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access skills

Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS

Excellent communication and executive presentation skills

Strong ability to simplify complex financial information into actionable recommendations


Education, Certifications & Licenses


Minimum Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field

Fluent in Korean and English (written and verbal)

Experience working with Korean large enterprises and/or U.S. expatriate environments preferred


Preferred Qualifications


MBA

CPA or CMA certification

International business experience
