Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite in the Farmers Branch area)
Compensation: $120K–$140K base + 10–15% bonus
Responsibilities include:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Build and manage complex financial models
- Deliver insights through KPI reporting and variance analysis
- Partner cross-functionally to drive strategic decisions
- Support M&A activities and process improvements
- Mentor and develop a growing FP&A team
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of FP&A experience (or strong Sr. Analyst ready for management)
- Background in finance/accounting with solid GAAP knowledge
- Experience in multi-site environments is required
- Advanced Excel and experience with tools like Power BI, Workday, or Adaptive Insights
- A driven, entrepreneurial mindset
