Salary: Up to $220K base + 20% bonus

Our client is an established, industry-leading manufacturer located 50 miles northwest of Jackson, TN. The company is a dominant player in their space, serving major customers across North America, and is in an exciting growth phase that includes expanding into new markets and locations.

This role sits at the executive table. You will own the full FP&A function, lead financial planning and modeling for the business, partner directly with senior leadership, and present to the Board of Directors. It is a high-visibility, high-influence position for someone who wants their fingerprints on real business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning
• Build, own, and continuously evolve end-to-end financial models including scenarios and sensitivities
• Partner with senior and executive leadership to translate operational performance into financial insight
• Prepare and present Board of Directors materials and executive-level dashboards
• Oversee financial reporting for a new plant location, including direct oversight of on-site finance staff
• Drive FP&A process improvement, automation, and AI adoption
• Lead and develop the FP&A team

Must-Have Skills:

1. 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience
2. Manufacturing industry background
3. Advanced financial modeling expertise — full build from assumptions through executive-level output
4. Proven experience presenting to and influencing C-suite and Board-level stakeholders
5. Advanced Excel and ERP / financial planning system proficiency

Nice-to-Have Skills:

1. MBA or advanced finance degree
2. Infor EPM, Power BI, Workday, or similar tool experience
3. M&A or integration experience
4. Multi-site or matrixed manufacturing organization experience
