Job DetailsKey Responsibilities
• Financial Planning & Analysis
? Build and maintain financial models, including pricing models, margin analysis, and forecasting
? Analyze business performance across revenue-based and operational (e.g., square footage) margins
? Support budgeting and forecasting processes across departments
• Strategic Business Partnering
? Partner with Sales, Operations, and Technology teams to guide pricing strategy and business decisions
? Evaluate profitability scenarios and recommend the most effective business models
? Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing and growth strategy
• Reporting & Data Transformation
? Develop and deliver monthly and quarterly reporting packages for internal leadership and private equity stakeholders
? Aggregate and streamline data from multiple systems (QuickBooks, Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics)
? Build dashboards and reporting tools that enhance visibility and decision-making
• Storytelling & Communication
? Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
? Present findings to department leaders and executive leadership
? Help “connect the dots” across departments to tell the story behind the numbers
• Operational & Process Improvement
? Identify gaps in current processes and help build scalable FP&A infrastructure
? Support monthly spend tracking, commissions reporting, and audit/tax-related analysis as needed
