The Role

We’re looking for a Founding Account Executive to lead enterprise sales and partnerships for Fish Audio’s API platform. You’ll be one of the first go-to-market hires, owning the full sales cycle — from identifying high-value use cases to closing strategic, long-term relationships with top-tier customers across consumer AI, media, gaming, and enterprise automation. This is a high-agency, founder-track role for someone who thrives on building trust with technical and executive buyers, can translate cutting-edge AI into business outcomes, and loves selling API products in fast-moving markets.



What You’ll Do

  • Own and execute the end-to-end sales motion for Fish Audio’s enterprise and developer APIs — prospecting, solution design, negotiation, and close.
  • Identify and prioritize accounts where voice, speech, and audio intelligence can create transformative value.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with C-level, product, and engineering leaders at customer organizations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of AI infrastructure, APIs, and audio model capabilities, becoming a credible technical partner to customers.
  • Partner with product and research teams to shape API roadmaps and ensure customer feedback drives our evolution.
  • Create repeatable playbooks for enterprise pricing, API adoption, and partner growth as we scale the GTM engine.
  • Represent Fish Audio at industry events and drive visibility among frontier AI builders.



What You Bring

  • 5–10 years of experience in enterprise or API-driven SaaS sales, with a record of closing complex technical deals (six- or seven-figure).
  • Fluency in AI / ML products — ideally with experience selling APIs or infra-level developer tools.
  • Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise cycles, from technical evaluation to legal and procurement.
  • High-agency mindset: self-directed, entrepreneurial, and relentless in pursuing outcomes.
  • Exceptional relationship-builder — equally comfortable in executive boardrooms and technical deep-dives.
  • Strategic communicator who can distill deep tech into clear business value.
  • Passion for audio, voice, and the next frontier of human-AI interaction.

Location

This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in the United States or Canada, however the ability to operate in EST, CST, or PST timezones is required. There is a preference for candidates to be based in San Francisco.
