Responsibilities

• Learn and follow the manufacturing and packaging processes as assigned by following approved batch records, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Set up, changeover, program, and operate various manufacturing and packaging equipment, including mixers, extruders, welders, dryers, and pouch sealers.
• Clean facilities, equipment, and utensils as required, following SOPs and work instructions.
• Complete documentation as required in the manufacturing and/or packaging of products.
• Maintain work areas and perform job functions in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with policies, procedures, cGMPs, SOPs, and batch record instructions.
• Prepare manufacturing areas and equipment for the production of pharmaceutical products.
• Safely operate various types of computer-controlled equipment used in dispensing, granulation, compression, or coating.
• Clean and reassemble equipment using basic hand tools.
• Assist with troubleshooting of equipment and process issues.
• Maintain accurate and error-free records such as batch records and logbooks.
• Accurately follow production documents, SOPs, and cGMPs.
• Identify safety, quality, and efficiency improvements and actively participate in learning organization development.
• Perform duties in other work areas as required.

Requirements

•This role requires High School Diploma.

•1 year of previous experience in a manufacturing environment within pharmaceutical, nutraceutical or food processing industries strongly preferred.

•Must communicate effectively with written and oral communication skills.

•Ability to follow cGMP and other regulatory requirements.

This is a Contract position based out of Cincinnati, OH.

The pay range for this position is $23.10 - $23.10/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Cincinnati,OH.
