Job Title: Forklift Operator
Job Description
The Forklift Operator safely operates sit-down forklifts and clamp trucks to move, load, and organize materials while supporting shipping, inventory, and press department needs. This role scans and builds truckloads, verifies packing and weight information, and ensures accurate fulfillment of paper and mail-related orders in a clean, climate-controlled production environment.

Work Environment
This is a 1st shift position, working Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with an unpaid 30-minute lunch break. The facility is climate-controlled and clean, providing a comfortable environment throughout the year. The team is relatively small, with about 20 people per shift, fostering a laid-back and collaborative atmosphere. Overtime is available on a voluntary basis and is not mandated. Work involves operating sit-down forklifts and clamp trucks, using RF scanners, handling skids and cartons, and occasionally driving a straight truck to Madison, WI to deliver mail.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $41600.00/yr.
