Job Title: Industrial Working Foreman
Job Description
The Industrial Working Foreman leads riggers, millwrights, and skilled laborers on complex industrial construction and mining projects. This role combines hands-on work with crew leadership to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of machinery moves, full facility relocations, plant maintenance, piping disconnects and reconnects, steel structure work, and installation of material handling and mining equipment.

Work Environment
You work primarily on active industrial construction and mining sites, often in dynamic, outdoor, and heavy-industrial conditions. The schedule typically follows a Monday through Friday workweek, with frequent travel to various project locations and regular overnight stays as projects require. The role involves being on your feet, working around heavy equipment, steel structures, and large machinery in a field-based setting. You operate within a safety-focused culture where adherence to site procedures, use of appropriate personal protective equipment, and compliance with industrial safety standards are essential.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hagerstown, MD.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
