Job Title: Food Scientist
Job Description
This role is primarily focused on the Research and Development (R&D) Food Science department and will serve as a shared resource across multiple groups. You will work on various ingredient types, such as sugars and sweeteners, applicable across multiple brands, and identify new flavor trends. Your role will involve managing multiple projects, ensuring compliance, and driving product development, significantly impacting product quality and market success.

Work Environment
Work hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility required when running trials. The work environment is a combination of office tasks and hands-on activities in pilot plants and factories. You will work both independently and as part of a team, emphasizing quality and safety. Strong communication and coordination with various stakeholders are essential. Flexible work hours allow for remote work on Mondays and Fridays, with onsite work from Tuesday to Thursday. Enjoy free lunch and coffee, and collaborate with experienced colleagues in a dynamic setting.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of East Hanover, NJ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.00 - $40.00/hr.
