The Food and Beverage Coordinator will be in charge of all administrative tasks for the hotel restaurant operation. This individual will be working with leadership teams from multiple departments to help with maintaining a smooth daily operation. The position will include everything from processing departmental payroll, POS system management, promotional flyer design (in Canva), inventory management, customer service execution and restaurant host. The Food and Beverage Coordinator role is an excellent role for anyone looking to move into F&B Leadership.

The hourly range for this position is $26.00 to $29.00. This is the pay range for this position is what the hotel reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual hourly pay will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.

Qualifications

  • Hotel and/or food & beverage experience preferred
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Present a professional appearance and confidence
  • Ability to be on feet for 8+ hours per day and lift 35 or more pounds as needed
  • Candidates should be extremely detail oriented, organized and be able to handle a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management & multi-tasking skills with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to work early mornings and weekends and holidays on a consistent basis to be present during busiest operational timeframes
  • Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics, which inspire employees to exceed standards and expectations
  • Ability to quickly learn new computer systems and become the system lead
  • Understanding of food and beverage operations
  • Excellent knowledge of Outlook
  • Excellent customer service skills
