We are currently seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to ensure the quality of the guest and colleague experience by upholding the policies and procedures set forth by the leadership team. Supervisors work side by side with line level colleagues to ensure consistency and care for the guest in all F&B outlets.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Understand and exemplify the standards and SOP’s communicated by the leadership team
· Maintain management presence on the service floor during meal time hours
· Assist colleagues in maintaining a high level of service through coaching and training during shifts
· Ensure the execution of daily colleague assignments
· Maintain cleanliness of dining room and service areas
· Guest interaction and connection
· Complete any assignments provided by the Outlet Manager & Assistant F&B Managers
· Communicate clearly and effectively with the outlet leadership team about service-related issues
· Make clear and educated decisions that will benefit the guest and outlet
· Provide support for high touch guests
· Problem-solve for guest issues during service
· Communicate with leadership with needs and wants for effective service (i.e. stock, repairs, equipment, etc.)
