We are actively seeking a Fire Sprinkler Designer / Project Manager to join a growing and reputable team in Central Texas. This is a long-term career opportunity with a company that values expertise, accountability, and strong leadership in the field.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Design and layout of fire sprinkler systems (commercial & multifamily projects)
- Manage projects from pre-construction through completion
- Interpret blueprints, specs, and hydraulic calculations
- Coordinate with GCs, engineers, and field teams
- Oversee timelines, materials, and project execution
- Ensure compliance with NFPA codes and local regulations
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in fire sprinkler design and/or project management
- NICET Certification (preferred – higher pay for higher levels)
- RME-G License (strongly preferred)
- Proficiency with design software (AutoSPRINK, HydraCAD, or similar)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
