Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join a

construction team working on residential and/or commercial projects throughout

Minnesota. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on carpentry

experience who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and works safely and

efficiently on the job site.

Responsibilities

Perform rough and finish carpentry work

Measure, cut, and install framing, trim, doors, windows, and

other materials

Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications

Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively

Work with other trades to meet project schedules

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Complete tasks as directed by supervisors

Qualifications

Previous carpentry experience required (years of experience

dependent on role level)

Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and tools

Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools

accurately

Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, standing,

climbing, bending)

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Valid driver’s license preferred

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Excelsior, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $29.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Excelsior,MN.
