We’re partnering with a growing financial services organization seeking a Financial Operations Analyst to support reporting and data management across client investment portfolios.
This is a strong opportunity for a junior candidate looking to gain hands-on experience working with financial data in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
•Support monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting
•Input, review, and validate investment data within reporting systems
•Assist with onboarding and maintaining client portfolio data
•Identify and help resolve data or reporting discrepancies
What You Bring:
•Strong Excel skills, data analysis or light business intelligence experience
•High attention to detail and accuracy
•Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
•Interest in financial data, reporting, or investment operations
•BA/BS in Finance or Economics preferred
Nice to Have:
•Exposure to financial reporting or investment operations
•Experience with portfolio accounting or reporting tools (e.g., Black Diamond, Tamarac, Orion, or similar)
