Financial Controller

Community healthcare facility looking to bring on Financial Controller! Bonus Incentive Program and Full Relocation!

Direct reports include – Purchasing Coordinator and Accounting Assistant. Total number of employees about 300 employees.

Position Duties:

• Direct and oversee the accounting system and financial operations of the facility. Includes managing billing, accounts receivable, cash receipts, collections, accounts payable, payroll, general ledger, forecasting, budgeting, internal controls, and audits.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reviews, budgets, and any necessary state financial reports.
• Develop and implement plans to enhance operational efficiency as requested by the CEO, facility leadership, regional teams, and the corporate office.
• Participate in hospital Governing Body committees and partnership boards as needed.
• Assist in monitoring compliance with Medicare regulations.

Qualifications:

• Must at least have a Bachelors degree
• Must have financial healthcare experience from an acute care setting
