Financial Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, analysis, and project-level accounting within a growing organization. This role sits at the intersection of finance and accounting, with a strong focus on tracking project performance, supporting development initiatives, and providing actionable insights to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial reports related to projects, including budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses
• Partner with other teams to track project costs, timelines, and financial performance
• Maintain project-level accounting records, including job cost tracking, accruals, and revenue recognition
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes related to assigned projects and entities
• Monitor project budgets vs. actuals and identify risks, trends, and cost-saving opportunities
• Support cash flow forecasting and capital planning for development projects
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and relevant regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
