The Financial Analyst – Product Costing & Quoting supports the development and communication of accurate product costs to assist customer quotations for new products and engineering changes. This entry-level role assists in building cost models, labor estimates, tooling, and capital expenditures; analyzes Bills of Materials (BOMs) and manufacturing processes; and applies foundational financial skills to costing data. The Analyst works cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Assembly, and other teams to support cost analysis and pricing recommendations based on historical data, market insights, and key metrics.
The ideal candidate demonstrates the ability to learn quickly, asks clarification questions and takes a sense of ownership and pride in their work.

Required Qualifications• Four-year college degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.• 2-4 years of experience • Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency (pivot tables, basic financial modeling)• Foundational financial and analytical skills (exposure to make-vs-buy analysis).• Good communication skills for team collaboration and demonstrates a strong desire to learn and continuously improve, and responds with a clear sense of urgency when needed
Preferred Qualifications• Experience in product costing or manufacturing• Automotive industry exposure• Foreign language skills in Spanish
