Robert Half Management Resources is seeking a Financial Data Consultant for a high-impact contract engagement with one of our clients in Phoenix area. This role is designed for a data-driven professional who excels at transforming complex financial information into streamlined, repeatable reporting processes. The primary objective of this engagement is to build a robust, repeatable tracking and reporting framework. You will be responsible for creating systems—primarily within Excel—to monitor investments and report returns categorized by both individual partners and specific projects.


Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a standardized method for tracking diverse investment data.
  • Develop comprehensive reporting packages that clearly articulate returns for stakeholders and partners.
  • Consolidate data from multiple sources to ensure a "single source of truth" for project performance.
  • Audit existing data workflows and replace manual entry with automated, scalable solutions.


Requirements:

  • You must be an expert in advanced Excel functions (Power Query, Pivot Tables, complex formulas, and macro automation).
  • Prior experience with AppFolio and Skyline is highly preferred and will allow you to hit the ground running.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, or similar data visualization and querying tools is a significant plus.
  • Background in property management or real estate investment is ideal for understanding the nuances of the data.
  • Ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights for executive leadership.
