Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain detailed financial models for master-planned community developments, including cash flow projections and return analysis
• Perform investment analysis (IRR, NPV, sensitivity analysis) to support land acquisition and development decisions
• Analyze pro forma statements for residential and mixed-use real estate projects
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for multiple active developments
• Partner with development, construction, and asset management teams to track project performance against financial expectations
• Evaluate financing structures, capital stack assumptions, and funding strategies
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing, absorption, and revenue projections
