Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join a fast-paced and dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with strong financial accounting knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and energy. The successful candidate will have advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills, a self-motivated mindset, and a collaborative approach to working across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare weekly orders and sales reports to track business performance against targets.
  • Partner with department leads to analyze, report, and forecast overhead expenses.
  • Support monthly close processes, including actuals reporting and forecasting cycles.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Develop financial and budget reports, including spreadsheets and visual dashboards.
  • Assist with annual planning and ongoing forecasting activities.
  • Communicate key metrics and insights to managers and leadership in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
  • Strong analytical and financial accounting skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with JDE, HFM, and Power BI.
  • Background in financial reporting, forecasting, or business analysis.
