Job Title: Financial Aid Coordinator – Atlanta (In‑Market Required)

Hours: Monday – Thursday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (with late nights included), and Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Please note that occasional weekend availability may be required.
Compensation Type: Starting at approximately $44,000, with final compensation based on qualifications and experience.
Location: Candidates must reside in or near the Atlanta, GA market. Remote but must be able to support on‑campus responsibilities as needed
Job Summary:
The Financial Aid Coordinator plays a crucial role within the Financial Aid Department and serves as the initial point of contact for students beginning their Financial Aid journey. This position supports the Financial Aid Planning team by preparing students for Financial Aid readiness while delivering exceptional customer service aligned with Ogle School’s core values of teamwork, integrity, respect, excellence, and customer service. This role requires the individual to be based in the Atlanta, GA market. While some responsibilities may be performed remotely, the Financial Aid Coordinator must be available to support on‑site campus needs in Atlanta as required, including in‑person student assistance, training, and departmental support.

Ability to Work Remotely: Remote employees must work from their designated home office and ensure secure access to company systems using a company-approved VPN and multi-factor authentication (MFA). A stable, high-speed Wi-Fi connection is required; mobile hotspots or other unreliable internet sources are not permitted due to security and connectivity concerns. Company-issued devices must be locked when not in use, and any personal devices used for work must comply with company security protocols.
Work Schedules: Ogle School supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility. For this role, there is a minimum 40-work week schedule, 5 days a week. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
