We’re hiring a Senior Wealth Advisor on behalf of our client-a growing financial advisory firm based in the Greater Philadelphia area.
About the Role
This is a closer’s dream role. You’ll walk into a model built around advisor success: qualified appointments, centralized planning, scheduling support, onboarding support, and service teams that allow you to focus on what you do best-building trust and converting prospective clients.
Responsibilities
- Qualified leads and appointments are provided
- No cold prospecting required
- No need to create financial plans from scratch
- No ongoing service-book management
- Strong planning, operations, scheduling, and onboarding support
- Local or remote opportunity for the right proven advisor
- Growth-oriented firm with a strong retirement planning niche
Qualifications
- Proven advisor with real closing and production history
- Series 65 or 66 required
- Life insurance license required; accident and health preferred
- Retirement planning and tax-aware planning knowledge
- Experience converting external prospects, not just internal customers
- Strong virtual sales skills if remote
- CFP is a plus, but not required
Required Skills
- Independent advisory firm, RIA, retirement planning firm, or production-driven wealth management environment
- Experience selling to pre-retirees, retirees, HNW households, or clients with $500K+ in investable assets
- Track record of moving prospects from first appointment to client relationship
