We are currently seeking a Lead Advisor who is familiar with the financial planning and investment management process. This position requires a goal-oriented, self-motivated, and professional person able to work with clients. The primary responsibility will be client retention and reviewing/presenting client related financial recommendations and/or implementation of financial goals with all existing clients
General Responsibilities:
- Develop Customized Financial Plans: Create tailored financial strategies that align with clients' short-term and long-term goals.
- Provide Investment Advice: Recommend appropriate investment options based on clients' objectives and risk profiles.
- Monitor and Review Portfolios: Regularly review and adjust clients' investment portfolios to ensure they remain aligned with their goals and market conditions.
- Retirement, Estate, Tax, and Education Planning: Help clients plan by assessing needs, recommending solutions, and creating financial strategies in these key areas.
- Conduct Regular Client Meetings: Schedule and hold periodic meetings to review financial plans, discuss changes in clients' situations, and provide updates.
- Educate Clients: Explain complex financial concepts in understandable terms to help clients make informed decisions.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with financial regulations and ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with legal requirements.
- Collaborate with Other Professionals: Work with tax advisors, estate planners, and other financial professionals to provide comprehensive advice.
- Respond to Client Inquiries: Address clients' questions and concerns promptly, providing accurate and helpful information
Qualifications:
- Professional and knowledgeable demeanor.

- Bachelor’s degree.
- CFP, required
- Excellent knowledge of and experience in the securities industry, regulations, financial planning and investment management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills.

- Must be a self-starter and a problem solver.
