We are currently seeking a Lead Advisor who is familiar with the financial planning and investment management process. This position requires a goal-oriented, self-motivated, and professional person able to work with clients. The primary responsibility will be client retention and reviewing/presenting client related financial recommendations and/or implementation of financial goals with all existing clients


General Responsibilities:

  • Develop Customized Financial Plans: Create tailored financial strategies that align with clients' short-term and long-term goals.
  • Provide Investment Advice: Recommend appropriate investment options based on clients' objectives and risk profiles.
  • Monitor and Review Portfolios: Regularly review and adjust clients' investment portfolios to ensure they remain aligned with their goals and market conditions.
  • Retirement, Estate, Tax, and Education Planning: Help clients plan by assessing needs, recommending solutions, and creating financial strategies in these key areas.
  • Conduct Regular Client Meetings: Schedule and hold periodic meetings to review financial plans, discuss changes in clients' situations, and provide updates.
  • Educate Clients: Explain complex financial concepts in understandable terms to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with financial regulations and ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with Other Professionals: Work with tax advisors, estate planners, and other financial professionals to provide comprehensive advice.
  • Respond to Client Inquiries: Address clients' questions and concerns promptly, providing accurate and helpful information


Qualifications:

  • Professional and knowledgeable demeanor.
  • Be enthusiastic about serving clients
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • CFP, required
  • Excellent knowledge of and experience in the securities industry, regulations, financial planning and investment management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify, meet and follow through with client’s needs and requirements.
  • Must be a self-starter and a problem solver.
  • Must interact effectively with office staff and be a goal-oriented team player.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Must demonstrate excellence in organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to perform multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Be able to meet deadlines and deal with the stress of market fluctuations.
