Finance Systems Administrator (NetSuite) | (Austin, TX)

We’re working with a growing energy infrastructure business in Austin that is expanding its accounting systems capability as the company scales.

This is a hands-on role sitting within the accounting function, focused on supporting and improving the day-to-day use of NetSuite and related finance applications. It’s a good fit for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of finance and systems, and wants to move beyond purely reactive support work.

What you’ll be doing:

• Acting as a key point of contact for NetSuite and finance-related applications
• Managing user access, permissions, and general system administration
• Supporting accounting and AP teams with system-related queries and issue resolution
• Making configuration updates and helping improve workflows and processes
• Monitoring integrations and resolving data or system issues
• Supporting reporting, data accuracy, and general system performance
• Creating documentation and helping onboard new users

Environment:

The business is continuing to grow, so systems and processes are still evolving. This role offers strong exposure across accounting, vendor workflows, and finance operations, with the opportunity to take real ownership of how systems are used internally.

What they’re looking for:

• Experience working with NetSuite in a finance or accounting environment
• Background in systems support, applications, or finance systems
• Understanding of accounting processes such as AP, invoicing, or vendor management
• Comfortable troubleshooting issues and working directly with end users
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Exposure to tools such as Invoicing, Expense tools, Record-to-Report, and Invoice-to-Cash, or vendor management platforms is helpful but not required.

This role suits someone looking to step into a broader finance systems position with more ownership and visibility, rather than a purely support-driven role.
