EGYM is seeking a Finance Transformation & Optimization Analyst to lead the evolution of our North American financial operations. You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA and/or CPA is a plus but not required).
You bring at least 2 years of Accounting/Finance experience, preferably in a corporate, international, or high-growth environment or with a heavy emphasis on financial systems, process improvement, or audit.
You have the confidence to work independently but also comfortably as a member of a team.
You have strong excel skills (think: pivot tables, complex formulas, and data visualization).
You show excellent organizational, time management and follow through skills.
You don’t just report errors; you find the root cause and build a system to prevent them from happening again.
You have a strong ability to translate complex financial technicalities into clear instructions for global stakeholders.
You are able to work onsite at our Denver, CO office 2-3 days per week.
You will be able to independently execute North American month-end close processes within a 3-business-day window, ensuring all data is finalized with the precision required for global consolidation.
You will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the EGYM business cycle, allowing you to proactively prioritize high-impact process improvements from identified inefficiencies and manage your workflow with full autonomy.
You will be able to act as a vigilant gatekeeper by identifying and rectifying policy non-compliance, partnering with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
You will be able to drive a culture of "constant improvement" by identifying at least one process bottleneck and implementing a scalable, tech-forward solution.
You will earn anannual base salary of $80,000 - $95,000
