Finance Operations Manager
Location: Fort Worth / Arlington area (Hybrid)
We are partnering with a large, well-established global organization to identify a Finance Operations Manager to join their team.
This role sits at the intersection of finance and technology and is responsible for leading initiatives across financial systems, reporting, and operational processes. The position offers the opportunity to work closely with both business and technical teams to improve the flow, accuracy, and efficiency of financial data across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects focused on financial systems, reporting, and process improvements
- Partner with IT and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
- Drive initiatives across transaction-heavy environments, including AP/AR and financial workflows
- Analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency
- Oversee testing, implementation, and rollout of system enhancements
- Develop KPIs and reporting tools to support business decision-making
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, accounting, and operations teams
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or financial operations
- Experience working on systems, projects, or process improvement initiatives
- Background in AP/AR or transaction-heavy environments preferred
- Experience with tools such as Tableau, SQL, Snowflake, or similar platforms is a plus
- Prior leadership experience (1–2 years)
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
