Salary range: Varies depending on experience - $200K-$230K
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA or CPA
15+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance
Demonstrated ability to influence and advise senior executives through actionable financial insights
Proven experience leading multi-site and/or global FP&A teams
Deep expertise in financial planning, forecasting, modeling, analytics, and operations finance
Lead enterprise financial strategy, including long-range planning, scenario modeling, and capital allocation
Translate business objectives into financial targets, operating plans, and measurable performance metrics
Partner closely with the executive leadership team to evaluate strategic initiatives, footprint optimization, and major capital investments
Oversee the development of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and multi-year financial models
Deliver executive-level reporting that clearly communicates performance trends, risks, and opportunities
Support pricing strategy, product margin optimization, and overall cost competitiveness initiatives
