Closely partner across teams to drive business analytics and support Business Management activities aligned to CFO for CCB Operations/Real Estate/Staff Functions Finance team
Translate business demands to technical requirement and collaborate with analytics team
Interact with business leaders and business managers to create executive presentations
Serve as product owner for Business Intelligence tools supporting Total CCB Workforce, CCB Operations, and CCB Real Estate
Drive and manage book of work supporting new Business Intelligence tool build, partnering closely with dedicated Data & Analytics
Effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining responsiveness to ad-hoc requests
Required qualification, capabilities, and skills:
Strong problem solver with excellent analytical, critical thinking, communication, organizational, and technical skills
3+ years of experience at a financial institution or consulting firm in one or a combination of the following areas: corporate finance, treasury, data analytics, or quantitative modeling
Able to communicate effectively with a variety of technical peers including data and business intelligence development team
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Management, or other related field
Preferred qualification, capabilities, and skills:
Proficiency in CCB-wide Essbase data and Workforce Data Product
Proficiency with SQL in Databricks
Proficiency in PitchPro creating execute presentations focused on storytelling, driving insights
Intermediate knowledge in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Sigma)
Preference to those with experience dealing with large scale data projects
