Responsibilities:

  • Own payroll, benefits, and time and attendance operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency
  • Manage leave administration and Workers’ Compensation processes in alignment with legal requirements
  • Lead HR compliance tracking and support policy updates tied to labor law changes
  • Deliver clear, actionable HR, payroll, ESG, and workforce reporting
  • Partner with Finance on labor cost analysis, forecasting, and workforce insights
  • Drive absenteeism management and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support workforce planning through data driven headcount, shift, and overtime analysis
  • Own HR systems administration and data integrity across HRIS and related platforms
  • Serve as HR systems subject matter expert and employee point of contact
  • Support the rollout and adoption of new HR technologies and tools


Candidate profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, payroll analysis, or a related function
  • Strong preference for manufacturing, plant based, or multi shift environments
  • Preferred: Proficient in HRIS and timekeeping systems
