A high-growth, private equity-backed healthcare services organization is seeking a Financial Operations Manager to join its team. This role offers a unique blend of accounting and finance, with strong visibility across the business and direct interaction with leadership.

Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end close and financial reporting activities
- Lead and review work across a small team, including direct and shared resources
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to support operational and financial initiatives
- Provide analysis and insights to drive business decision-making
- Identify and implement process improvements across accounting and finance functions
- Support a multi-entity environment with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications
- Public accounting experience required (Big 4 or large regional preferred)
- Open to candidates coming directly from public or with a mix of public and industry
- Public experience should be recent
- CPA preferred, not required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to operate at both a detailed and strategic level
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
- Exposure to managing or mentoring small teams is helpful
- Healthcare experience is a plus, not required
