Ability to use hand tools, testing instruments, and computerized devices for installation and troubleshooting.
Capable of diagnosing network or equipment issues under pressure and providing timely solutions.
Excellent verbal communication skills for interacting with both customers and team members.
Ensuring accuracy in installations, repairs, and documentation to prevent service interruptions and compliance violations.
Knowledge of workplace hazards and protocols to protect self and others.
