We’re hiring a Customer Support Representative / AV Technician to support a growing team focused on delivering high-quality technical service and customer experience. This is a hands-on, hybrid role combining customer support, system staging, and field service work.

Overview

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and getting hands-on with equipment. You’ll play a key role in both support operations and on-site service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer support tickets and coordinate service scheduling
  • Provide remote troubleshooting and technical support
  • Stage and test systems prior to installation
  • Travel to customer sites (U.S.) for installs, repairs, and service work
  • Support system installations and ensure proper functionality
  • Maintain accurate documentation of service activity and updates

Requirements

  • 2+ years of AV technical support or field service experience
  • Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Epicor/Kinetic preferred)
  • Understanding of CTS standards (or similar AV knowledge)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working directly with customers
  • Ability to travel 1–2 times per month (air travel required)

Work Environment

  • Hybrid: 3–4 days onsite
  • Must be located within 60 miles of the office
  • Travel to customer sites as needed

Compensation & Details

  • Salary: $50,000 – $65,000
  • Employment Type: Full-time or Contract
  • Start: Immediate need
