Job Title: Field Service Supervisor

Job Description

As a Field Service Supervisor, you will direct assigned crews and perform on-site installation and repair of product lines on both domestic and international projects. You will effectively communicate installation status to the Installation Coordinator and act as a liaison with customers and the Project Management Team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct activities of field crews on assigned projects.
• Perform on-site installation and repair using installation checklists.
• Alert management of any unusual project obstacles or issues.
• Order parts through Field Coordinators and the shop area as needed.
• Complete renovation work on competitor’s equipment as assigned.
• Commission equipment at job sites when required.
• Fill out tool kits in-house between project assignments.
• Complete Project Completion Reports noting successes and areas for improvement.
• Conduct weekly site safety meetings with field crews.
• Oversee complex welding procedures during installations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in welding, particularly TIG welding.
• Experience with installation, mechanical, and electrical service.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Work Environment

Join a team of six active Field Service Techs. Enjoy seeing the world with travel opportunities both domestically and internationally. Travel arrangements are self-managed through internal systems, with the option to use a company American Express card. Accommodations include stays in nice hotels with comfort upgrades on Delta flights. The position includes a company-issued laptop and cell phone, and compensation for personal car use.

This is a Permanent position based out of Madison, WI.

The pay range for this position is $70720.00 - $82000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Madison,WI.
