Overview
We are seeking an experienced Field Safety Manager to support a major natural gas compressor station project. This role will lead site safety efforts, drive compliance, and elevate field safety culture across all construction activities. This is a high-visibility, field-based role working directly with project leadership, contractors, and client representatives.

Wage Data Per State Requirements
Salary range for this position is $116,000 - $145,000/yr. The starting salary will be commensurate with skill, education, experience, and working environment.

- Assist field management with implementation of new and existing safety and training programs to meet company requirements and government regulations. - Provide daily safety leadership on an active compressor station construction site. - Lead JHAs, tailboards, and pre-task planning. - Perform site audits, inspections, and hazard identification. - Enforce compliance with OSHA, client standards, and company policies. - Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. - Track and report safety metrics and observations. - Coordinate with multiple contractors and trades to maintain safe operations. - Review and approve permits and high-risk work (confined space, hot work, lifting, etc.). - Serve as the primary on-site safety point of contact.
