Field Operations Support Specialist

This position plays a key role in streamlining regional activities, including overseeing project setups, supply chain processes, and client interactions. Based in the Tacoma branch facility, it provides a hands-on environment with potential for professional growth in operations.

Core Duties

• Source and manage external partners for efficient project execution.
• Enhance client experiences through effective order handling and follow-up support.
• Supervise facility staff in preparing and organizing materials.
• Oversee stock levels, procurement, and safety protocols to maintain operational standards.
• Promote team performance and process enhancements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience prioritized over formal education.
• At least 4 years in field coordination, construction-related services, or material handling.
• Strong proficiency in customer relations and standard office software (e.g., MS Office).
• Capable of handling up to 50 pounds and working in mixed office/warehouse settings.
• Full-time position with direct reporting to site leadership.
