FF&A Procurement Project Manager (Hospitality)

Remote | Travel as Needed

Salary: $60,000 – $90,000 + Benefits

About Us

Hospitality Purchasing Consultants (HPC) is a procurement agent that helps owners of hotels, restaurants, country clubs, and other hospitality assets plan and execute capital projects. We specialize in sourcing Furniture, Fixtures & Artwork (FF&A) and Operating Supplies & Equipment (OS&E), combining data, vendor relationships, and project discipline to deliver projects on time and under budget.

The Role

We’re hiring a Project Manager to lead FF&A and OS&E procurement across hospitality projects. You’ll own the process from vendor sourcing through delivery—working closely with clients, designers, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing complex projects, negotiating with vendors, and taking full ownership of outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage FF&A and OS&E procurement from bid to final delivery
  • Build and manage project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
  • Lead RFP/RFQ processes: analyze bids, negotiate pricing, and recommend vendors
  • Coordinate with clients, designers, vendors, and logistics partners
  • Track orders, production timelines, and delivery schedules
  • Resolve issues related to vendors, shipments, or product quality
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and identify cost-saving opportunities

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in hospitality project management, procurement, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable working with budgets, data, and vendor negotiations
  • Proficiency in Excel and standard business tools
  • Experience in hospitality, construction, interior design, or FF&A procurement

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Familiarity with reading design drawings or specifications
  • Experience coordinating logistics or working with global vendors

What Makes Someone Successful Here

  • Takes ownership and follows through without constant oversight
  • Makes decisions based on data and practical judgment
  • Communicates clearly with both internal teams and external partners
  • Stays organized across multiple moving pieces
  • Proactively solves problems and anticipates risks

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $60,000 – $90,000 (based on experience)
  • Remote work environment
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Health insurance reimbursement
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact hospitality projects
  • Bonus Opportunity

Why Join HPC

You’ll work directly with ownership groups and gain exposure to how hospitality projects are planned, budgeted, and executed. This role offers a high level of responsibility and the opportunity to grow into a senior project or procurement leader as the company scales.

If you’re a detail-oriented project manager who enjoys ownership, problem-solving, and working across teams, we’d like to hear from you.
