Evaluates and treats patients with mental health and substance abuse disorders.  Evaluates patients using appropriate DSM V criteria.  Treats patients using a variety of brief psychotherapy techniques where indicated, including crisis intervention, cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal, family, marital and supportive approaches.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Maintains Clinical Education requirements to maintain licensure.
  • California Marriage and Family Therapist License upon hire or, 
  • California Clinical Social Worker License upon hire or, 
  • California Professional Counselor License upon hire. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • At Least two years of clinical experience in the provision of behavioral health services to a wide range of patients, with some experience in integrated behavioral health services settings.  A preferred skill is providing clinical services in Spanish to meet the needs of the local community.
