💰 $228,000 – $350,000 + Full Benefits

Position Highlights

• Full-time outpatient role
• Flexible schedule: 4x10s or 5x8s
• Patient volume: 16–24 patients per day
• Supportive, team-based care model

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care across all age groups
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Develop and implement patient care plans
• Perform preventive care and health maintenance
• Review labs, imaging, and diagnostic results
• Coordinate referrals with specialists
• Supervise mid-level providers (NPs/PAs)
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
• Participate in team meetings and clinical huddles

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Family Medicine or Internal Medicine background
• Valid California medical license (or eligibility)
• DEA and CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in FQHC or underserved settings preferred
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
