We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join a dynamic and client-focused practice. The role will focus on high-impact matters including divorce, child custody, support, and related family law proceedings.

Job Title: Family Law Attorney

Salary: $150,000 – $180,000 (DOE)

Location: 100% Remote (Oak Brook, IL base)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cases from intake through resolution, including drafting pleadings, handling discovery, court appearances, and negotiations
• Handle matters involving divorce, custody, child/spousal support, and marital agreements; maintain direct client interaction and case strategy

Qualifications

• 3+ years of family law experience with strong exposure to divorce, custody, and support matters
• Solid litigation experience, strong knowledge of civil procedure, and ability to independently manage a caseload in a remote environment

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between [$150,000 – $180,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
