Salary Range: $150k - $200k Depending on experience

A highly regarded and long-established New Jersey law firm is seeking a Family Law Attorney (4+ years’ experience) to join its dynamic and expanding practice. In this role, you will play a key part in guiding clients through complex and often sensitive family law matters. You’ll work alongside seasoned practitioners while also managing your own caseload, gaining hands-on experience across a broad spectrum of issues including divorce, custody, and support. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, custody, and support disputes
• Draft and review high-quality motions, pleadings, and legal documents
• Conduct thorough legal research and develop effective case strategies
• Work both independently and collaboratively with senior attorneys on complex matters
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic and compassionate counsel throughout the litigation process

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in family law
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar (required)
• Judicial clerkship experience in family law is a plus
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical capabilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple matters while contributing to a team-oriented environment

Compensation

• Competitive salary range: $150,000 – $200,000, commensurate with experience and credentials
• Origination bonus of 20%
